The World Train Center (WTC) is a U.S.-based foundation that advances workforce development globally through government partnerships, AI-enabled training platforms, and industry-aligned programs.

We work directly with ministries of education, labor agencies, and national workforce bodies to design, fund, and deploy training at scale, turning policy into pipelines and pipelines into employment.

Our programs are built for the real economy: cybersecurity, technology, AI literacy, and entrepreneurship. Our delivery model meets learners where they are, online, in-person, and hybrid, across Africa, the Americas, and beyond.
